It all started in 2010 when founder Marcus Webb set up a small grill on a corner in Amherst, Massachusetts, flipping wings with a signature blend of sauces he'd been perfecting for years. What began as a weekend hustle quickly became a neighborhood obsession — and Wings over was born.

2010
The First Grill
Marcus Webb lights up his first commercial grill in Amherst, MA. Wings over opens its doors as a tiny counter-service spot near the University of Massachusetts campus, instantly winning over students and faculty with bold, saucy flavors.
2013
The Sauce Lab
After three years of customer feedback and late-night experimentation, Wings over launches its now-iconic Sauce Lab — a rotating collection of house-made sauces that grows from 8 to over 20 unique flavors, including the legendary Ghost Fire and Honey Lemon Bliss.
2016
100,000 Wings Served
A milestone moment: Wings over serves its 100,000th order. The team celebrates with a community party in University Drive, drawing hundreds of loyal customers. The event sparks the idea for a larger dining room and a catering program.
2019
Online Ordering Launch
Wings over goes digital — launching an online ordering platform and partnering with local delivery services. Digital orders quickly account for 40% of total revenue, paving the way for a new chapter of growth and convenience for customers.
2021
Community & Catering
The Wings over Catering division officially launches, serving corporate events, weddings, game-day parties, and community gatherings across Massachusetts. The team also launches a monthly charity wing-night, donating meals to local shelters.
